Terms and Conditions-Retreat
EmpowerHER Retreat is offered to you in collaboration by Business Mums Society {ABN 86 554 114 337} and Sattvic Wellbeing {ABN 33667722269}. These Terms and Conditions apply to your booking. Please review and acknowledge them before finalizing your booking.
1. Bookings: To secure your spot, please complete the booking form and submit your payment as instructed. Your place is confirmed once we send you a booking
confirmation via email.
2. Payment: Full payment is required to finalize your booking. We accept payments via the payment gateway on our booking page. Direct payment and payment plan options are also available; please contact us for details.
3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. However, please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel by 9th July 2024. After 9th July 2024, 100% of retreat fees are payable and non-refundable. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. We may, at our discretion,
accept your request to transfer the booking to another female attendee.
4. Transfers: We may, at our discretion, accept your request to transfer the booking to another female attendee. Please inform us as soon as possible to process the transfer.
5. Changes to the Retreat: We reserve the right to make alterations to the retreat schedule or facilitators if necessary. In the unlikely event of a cancellation from our
side, we will offer a full refund or an alternative retreat date.
6. Personal Responsibility: We ask all participants to take personal responsibility for their wellbeing during the retreat. This includes informing the facilitators of any physical or mental health conditions that could affect your participation. The program includes physical yoga exercises and meditative processes that require moderate
exertion and may cause or aggravate a physical injury or psychological/psychiatric condition. You represent and warrant that you are physically and mentally fit enough to participate in such a yoga program. By booking in the program, you agree to assume complete responsibility for the outcomes and agree to indemnify the
organizers from all claims and legal actions.
7. Insurance: We recommend that all participants have appropriate travel and health insurance to cover any unexpected personal circumstances that might cause you to
cancel your booking.
8. Privacy: Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of managing your booking and communicating with you about the retreat. By completing your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable retreat experience for all.
9. Force Majeure: In the case of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (‘Force Majeure Events’), including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, rebellion, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, natural disaster, or any other
emergency situation, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the retreat. In such an event, we will provide options for transferring your booking to a future date or
receiving a credit for a future event. Unfortunately, in these instances, we are unable to offer refunds as these events are beyond our control.
10. Photography Consent: By attending the retreat, you consent to being photographed and filmed by our professional photographer. These images may be used for
promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and brochures. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in advance.
11. Meals: All meals served during the retreat will be vegetarian. If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know in advance so we can
accommodate your needs.
12. Inclusivity: The empowerHER retreat is open to all who identify as female. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
