I believe there is a little renegade in all of us.

No matter the setting we choose to birth, there is an essence inside all women wanting to drop the “good girl” persona, which has been ingrained into us for generations. More women are wanting to make the conscious choice to do things our own way.

Renegade Doula is about reigniting the spark inside each woman and further instilling a deep set of inner self trust, so that each birthing mother can reclaim their birthing rite of passage with full autonomy.

The Renegade Doula Process, is now supporting mothers and maidens through hosting First Moon Circles. It is time to bring together mothers and daughters approaching their first menarche and create a positive experience by transferring the messages and weaving the stories to empower young women. The desire is to educate generations of maidens to be able to clearly advocate for themselves, unapologetically, without quiver or shame.
