EmpowerHER Retreat 2025 Terms and Conditions

EmpowerHER Retreat 2025 is offered in collaboration by Business Mums Society (ABN 86 554 114 337) and Sattvic Wellbeing (ABN 33667722269). These Terms and Conditions apply to your booking. Please review and acknowledge them before finalizing your booking.

1. Bookings

To secure your spot, please complete the booking form and submit your payment as instructed. Your place is confirmed once we send you a booking confirmation via email.

2. Payment

  • Full payment is required to finalize your booking. We accept payments via the payment gateway on our booking page.
    Payment Plans: Available for all accommodation options booked before 30th June 2025.
    Payment terms: 50% non-refundable deposit + 4 equal monthly payments.
    All payment plans must be fully completed by 31st July 2025.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However:

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel by 8th July 2025.
  • From 9th July 2025, 100% of the retreat fees are payable and non-refundable.
    If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may accept your request to transfer the booking to another female attendee.

4. Transfers

We may, at our discretion, accept your request to transfer the booking to another female attendee. Please inform us as soon as possible to process the transfer.

5. Changes to the Retreat

We reserve the right to make alterations to the retreat schedule, facilitators, or accommodation options if necessary. In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by us, we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative retreat date.

6. Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their well-being during the retreat. By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in activities, including yoga, sound bath, meditation sessions and various activities that are on offer during the retreat.

  • Please inform us of any physical or mental health conditions that could affect your participation.
  • By attending, you agree to indemnify the organizers and any third party suppliers from any claims or legal actions arising from your participation.

7. Insurance

We recommend all participants have appropriate travel and health insurance to cover unexpected circumstances that may require you to cancel your booking.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for managing your booking and communicating about the retreat.

9. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, emergencies), we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the retreat. In such cases, we will provide options for transferring your booking to a future date or receiving a credit for a future event. Refunds are not available for force majeure events.

10. Photography and Media Consent

By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed by our professional photographer. These images may be used for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, websites). If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.

11. Meals and Dietary Requirements

All meals served during the retreat will be vegetarian. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

12. Inclusivity

EmpowerHER Retreat 2025 is open to all who identify as female. We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants.
